With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from EHL – Lausanne Hospitality Business School, complemented by qualifications in Human Resources, I have refined my skills to align with the high standards of the Swiss hospitality industry, in esteemed locales such as Verbier and Zermatt, collaborating closely with Michelin-starred chefs.

My career trajectory has been multifaceted: I began with the restoration of a restaurant and progressed to pivotal roles as a Food & Beverage Manager, successfully orchestrating hospitality businesses launches through a comprehensive oversight of operations. My journey is tainted with cultural plurality. After experiences in French Polynesia and England, I collaborated with esteemed figures in the music industry into establishing a club in Koh Phangan (Thailand): Then, I provided with 360° hotel consulting services in Zanzibar (Tanzania). My core ability is to operate across a variety of settings and business scales: My secret is to approach challenges with confidence, leveraging a firm belief in the boundless potential of every endeavor.
